Make Your Own Pair Of Silver Earrings – Silversmithing Workshop for Beginners

Join me for a hands-on jewellery-making workshop where you’ll design and create your own sterling silver earrings from scratch! Perfect for complete beginners, this fun and relaxed workshop introduces you to traditional silversmithing techniques - no prior experience needed.

With only four participants per session, you'll receive plenty of personal guidance in a supportive, small-group setting, ensuring you get the help you need when you need it.

What You’ll Experience:

• Design – I'll help you to develop your own personal idea, from cut-out to stamped or textured.

• Tool Discovery – Get hands-on with jeweller’s tools and understand their uses.

• Making Your Earrings – Shape, hammer, stamp, file, and polish your design, transforming raw material into a finished pair of wearable earrings.

Half way through the workshop we'll take a short break for a biscuit and a drink. Feel free to bring a sandwich, snack or packed lunch if you’d like.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a unique, personalised pair of silver earrings - handmade by you!

Who Can Join?

• Complete beginners welcome – no experience needed.

• Ages 16+ (Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult).

• Creative minds looking for a fun, practical experience!

Important Notes:

• No open-toe shoes or sandals allowed in my studio / workshop.

• Aprons provided – but wear something you don’t mind getting dusty.

• Good hand dexterity is required, as the workshop involves detailed hand tools and fine motor skills.

• Bring reading glasses if needed for close-up work.

• Workshop is on the first floor (not wheelchair accessible).

• Free parking on-site.
